This legal notice (hereinafter "legal notice") governs the use of the www.luigibosca.com.ar portal (hereinafter the "Portal") owned by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU S. A. (hereinafter "BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU"), domiciled at Alicia Moreau de Justo 740, PB Of. 7 (C1107AAP) Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Any use by you of this Portal implies your condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter the "User") and implies your full and unconditional acceptance of every provision in this Legal Notice in the version posted by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU at the very moment the User access the Portal. (k) in any way impairs BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU or third parties’ name;
(l) violates the rules about communications secrecy;
(m) constitutes in its case, illicit, deceptive or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;

(a) reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way communicate, transform or change the Contents, except with the prior consent from the owner of the rights, or it is legally permitted;
(b) delete, manipulate or in any way alter the "copyright" notice or any other identification data of BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU or of any other owner of the firm, reservation of rights, fingerprints or any other technical device established for recognition purposes.

BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU has enforced the legally required security levels for the protection of personal data, while we are trying to install additional technical means and measures of protection. However, the User must be aware that all security measures for the Internet are not unassailable.
BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU may use cookies when a User browses the Portal websites and pages. The cookies that may be used on the Portal websites and pages are solely associated with the browser or a certain computer (an anonymous User), and do not automatically provide the First and Last Names of the User. Cookies enable BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU to recognize the Users’ browsers after they have registered the first time, thus avoiding a new registration each time they visit the website to access the areas and Services reserved for their exclusive use. 7. PROCEDURE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
If any User or third party considers there are events or circumstances revealing the illegality of the use of any type of content, and/or any event in the web pages included in or accessible through the Portal and, in particular, of any infringement to the intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial designs, trademarks and trade names, etc.) or to other rights, should notify BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU, indicating the following data:
(a) personal data: claimant’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;
(b) a specification of the allegedly illegal activity performed in the Portal and, in particular, when it is about the alleged violation of rights, an accurate and specific indication of the protected contents and of its location in the web pages;
(c) the events or circumstances revealing the illegal nature of such activity;
(d) in the event of the alleged violation of rights, a genuine signature or its equivalent, including the personal data of the owner of the allegedly violated rights or of the person authorized to act on behalf of such owner;
(e) the express and clear statement, under the claimant’s responsibility, that the data provided in the notification is accurate, and about the illegal nature of the use of the contents or the performance of the activities described.

8. NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications and communications (hereinafter the “Notifications”) sent from the User to BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU shall be considered effective, and shall be effective for all purposes when addressed to the Customer Care Service area in any of the following ways:
(a) Sent by postal mail to the following address: Balcarce 290 pisos 3 y 4, Edificio Los Ángeles, Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Código Postal C1064AAP.
(b) Communicated by phone to the 5-776-5062 phone number.
(c) Sent by e-mail to the following e-mail address: luigibosca@luigibosca.com.ar All notifications sent by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU to the User shall be considered effective for all purposes when made through any of the following ways:
(a) Sent by postal mail to the the User’s address when such address has been previously made known to BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU;
(b) Sent by e-mail to any e-mail address actually or potentially owned by the User as part of any other service provided by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU to the User;
(c) Communicated by phone to the Usuar’s phone number, when such number has been previously made known to BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU;
(d) Through emerging messages sent during the provision of the Services by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU to the User
Hence, all Notifications sent by BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU to the User shall be considered valid if they have been made using the data and through the means previously described. To such effect, the User represents that all the information provided by him is true and accurate, and commits to communicate BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU all the changes related to the notification data.

9. WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICES
BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU may withdraw or suspend at any moment and without notice, the provision of the Services to the Users who fail to comply with the provisions in this Legal Notice.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION
Initially, the Portal service and other Services will be provided for an indefinite term. However, BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal service and/or any other Service at any time, notwithstanding any related provision in the relevant Particular Conditions. Whenever it is reasonably possible, BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU shall notify in advance the termination or suspension of the provision of the Portal service and other Services.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every aspect by the Laws of the Argentine Republic.
BODEGA LUIGI BOSCA / FAMILIA ARIZU and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction, and submit to the Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
