| Winemaking | Handpicking, selection of clusters, de-stemming and grape selection. Must undergoes pelicular maceration for 48 hours, and then it is pressed and transferred to another vat. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18° C with selected yeasts. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed it rests in tanks. Lightly filtered and bottled. |
